All orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business morning.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on where you are. Everything ships from our home base in NYC via USPS with tracking included.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. For everything else, it's a flat $6.99.

USPS scans can lag by a day or two, especially over weekends. If 48 hours have gone by with no update, send us your order number and we'll look into it.

You're welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your ship date. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

We almost always say size up. Babies and toddlers grow faster than any of us expect, and a little room means more wears.

For newborns, we usually suggest the 3 to 6 month size since most babies grow out of newborn in just a few weeks. For toddlers, when in doubt, size up. And if you'd like a little guidance, we're always happy to help you choose, just send us an email.

Every order arrives with a handwritten note from us. If there's something specific you'd like us to write, just leave it in the note field at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

Not at all! Every order includes a packing slip, but prices are never shown, so anything you order is safe to send straight to a loved one.

Yes. Use the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and add your gift note. If the note is forgotten or sent too late, our packing slip still shows your name (never the price), so the recipient will always know who it's from.
